RICE Prioritization

RICE scores each opportunity on reach, impact, confidence, and effort, then ranks by the combination. The number isn’t the point — the conversation is. It drags hidden assumptions, especially confidence, into the open where they can be argued.

I treat the score as a forcing function, not an oracle. Two people disagreeing on a RICE input usually means they disagree about reality, and that disagreement is exactly what you want surfaced before you commit a quarter.
