Qualitative Validation Methods

Qualitative validation methods provide systematic approaches to gather deep insights about user behavior, motivations, and experiences that validate and contextualize quantitative experiment results. While A/B tests tell you what happened, qualitative methods explain why it happened and how users experienced the changes.
